Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your jewellery — but if for any reason you change your mind, you can return unused items in original condition within:
- 30 days for full-priced items
- 14 days for outlet or sale items
Returns are free of charge and include full support throughout the process.
To start a return:
- Email us at info@zeliny.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We'll send you a prepaid return label and instructions.
- Drop your parcel at the nearest post location and keep the tracking receipt.
- Once we receive and verify your items, we’ll send a confirmation and process your refund.
All items must be returned unworn and in resaleable condition, preferably in original packaging.
Yes, returns are completely free. We’ll provide a prepaid label for all eligible UK orders.
Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Refunds are usually processed within 7 working days, but may take up to 14 days depending on your bank.
If you'd like a different size or style, simply return the original item and place a new order for the desired one. We process returns quickly, so this ensures you receive your new item without delays.

We do not accept returns for:
- Items that have been worn or damaged after delivery
- Items returned outside the return period
- Items marked as Final Sale or Outlet, after 14 days
Your statutory rights are not affected.
Once we receive and verify your return, we aim to process your refund within 7 business days. Depending on your bank, the amount may take up to 14 days to appear in your account.
