What are Zeliny jewellery pieces made from?
Our Zeliny collection is crafted to keep jewellery affordable, with all styles made using brass and electroplated with either real gold or silver. They are finished with an anti-tarnish coating to ensure the plating stays in great condition for as long as possible.

Our Zeliny LUXE collection is plated with 18k gold or polished silver, using PVD plating technology. This process uses real gold in a vacuum coating process, leaving the jewellery with a uniform, durable finish. The best part is, it's safe and clean.

Our sterling silver styles are tested by an independent third party to ensure the precious metal is as we claim. All 925 sterling silver styles have an authenticity stamp.

Do Zeliny jewellery pieces contain nickel?
All Zeliny jewellery is nickel-safe, lead-free, and complies with EU regulations.

I have a metal allergy, can I wear your jewellery?
We recommend that anyone with metal allergies refrain from wearing our jewellery. For more information, please contact us at info@zeliny.com.

How should I care for my jewellery?
Here are some basic tips to keep your jewellery in great condition for as long as possible:

  • Store your jewellery in a way that prevents it from tangling, and keep it closed to avoid wear. We recommend using a jewellery tree or a proper jewellery box.
  • Always remove your jewellery when coming into contact with water—during showers, swimming, baths, or when applying body lotions or perfumes. Jewellery doesn’t like to get wet or be exposed to any form of moisture!
  • For sterling silver styles, you may notice that they naturally tarnish over time. We apply an anti-tarnish coating for longer wear, but if you notice any tarnishing, you can clean them with a soft, lint-free cloth.

How will my jewellery be packaged?
Your jewellery will arrive in a Zeliny envelope to protect it during delivery. If you're buying multiple items, they will all come in the same envelope. We cannot send additional envelopes per order.

Do you offer a warranty on your jewellery?
If your item has a defect within 3 months of purchase, we can assist with a refund or replacement. Please contact us at info@zeliny.com for more details. We cannot offer refunds or replacements for items purchased over 3 months ago.

What ring size should I order?
Most of our Zeliny rings come in two sizes: S/M (16mm diameter) and M/L (18mm diameter). If you're unsure which size to choose, you can use our helpful size guide here or request a free ring sizer.


Orders

Do you deliver to my country?
We deliver worldwide—delivery fees apply, and we offer express shipping to many countries. Currently, we do not ship to Russia.

What should I do if the product I ordered hasn’t arrived?
After your order has been dispatched, we will send you an email. If you haven’t received your products within the specified time, please contact us at info@zeliny.com.

What should I do if I have trouble placing my order?

Can I cancel or change my order?
If the order has not yet been processed, yes.


Payments

How can I pay for my order?
We accept payments from all major credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, ClearPay, and Klarna.

Which credit and debit cards do you accept?
We accept Amex, Mastercard, Visa Debit, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, Maestro, Solo, and Maestro.

When will I be charged for my order?
All credit and debit cards will be charged at the time of purchase.


Delivery and Returns

How will I know when my order has been shipped?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will be notified via email. Please check your spam folder if this email doesn’t arrive in your inbox.

Can I return my order?
Yes, you have 14 to 90 days to return your order. Please refer to our Delivery and Returns page. We will only refund the return shipping cost if the item is defective. Please email us before returning a defective item.
Earrings and engraved items are non-returnable.

I’m not home during the day. How can I receive my products?
Most of our packages are mailbox-sized and can be left at your door, even if you're not home. If delivery isn’t possible due to your absence, a notice will be left, and the products will be held at your local post office.

What should I do if my products were damaged during delivery?
Although we take every care to protect products during transit, if items arrive damaged, please contact us at info@zeliny.com.
