Return Policy

Our priority is to ensure your satisfaction with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, below are the conditions for returns and exchanges.

1. Return Period and Warranty

  • Return Without Justification (14 days): You have the right to return the product within 14 days of receipt, without the need for justification, provided the item is in its original packaging and has not been used.
  • Manufacturing Defect Warranty (6-month): If the product has a manufacturing defect, you can request a return or exchange within months of receipt. The product must be in its original packaging and with the tags intact.

2. Conditions for Return

To ensure your return is processed correctly, we ask that:

  • The product be returned in its original condition, with all accessories, tags, and packaging intact.
  • The product has not been used in a way that reduces its value. Any excessive use may result in a deduction from the refund amount.

3. Return Method

You can return items using UPS, which is our recommended method for international returns.

  • Return Costs: Zeliny will cover return costs for exchanges or cases of manufacturing defects. For returns within the 14-day period without justification, the return cost will be the customer's responsibility.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us immediately via email or WhatsApp so we can:

  • Arrange for the return at no additional cost to you.
  • Guide you on how to proceed with the return and refund.

5. Return Request Process

To make the return process easier, you can submit your request directly to us via email or WhatsApp. Our team will provide all necessary instructions and assist you in arranging the return of your order.

6. Returns in the United Kingdom

Royal Mail is the postal service in the UK. Although it may be an option for some returns, we prefer our customers to use UPS to ensure tracking and safety during the return process. Free returns or exchanges can be requested up to 6 months after purchase for products with manufacturing defects, at no additional cost to you.

7. Product Use During the Trial Period (14 days)

During the 14-day return period without justification, you may inspect and try the product as you would in a physical store. However, it is important that the product is not used excessively so that its value is not diminished.

  • Acceptable use: Trying the item on, checking the fit, and evaluating its quality.
  • Unacceptable use: Using the product in ways that may damage it or alter its original condition, such as excessive wear or removal of tags.

8. Refunds

Once the returned product is received and its condition verified, your refund will be processed within 14 days. The refund will be made to the same payment method used for the original purchase.

  • Delivery Charges: Delivery charges are non-refundable, except in cases of manufacturing defects or shipping errors.

9. Return Costs

  • Returns within the 14-day period without justification: The customer will bear the return costs.
  • Exchanges and Returns for Manufacturing Defects (months): Return costs will be covered by Zeliny.

Important Considerations

  • Cancellation Form: Although not required, we recommend using our Cancellation Form (sent via email upon return request) to facilitate the process.
  • Tracking of Returns: We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining the shipping receipt to avoid issues during the return process.
