Zeliny Shipping Policy
1. Delivery Time
Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method chosen:
- Standard Delivery: 5-9 working days.
- Express Delivery: 3-7 working days.
The delivery time depends on the location of the delivery address. Orders shipped to more remote areas may experience longer delivery times.
2. Shipping Costs
- Free Shipping: Zeliny offers free shipping for all purchases within the United Kingdom.
In the case of returns of damaged or incorrect products, Zeliny will cover the return shipping costs within the United Kingdom.
3. Import Duties and Customs Fees
Customers ordering from the United Kingdom may be subject to import duties and customs fees. These charges are applied when the shipment arrives in the destination country. The amount of these charges can vary depending on the location and type of product. Zeliny has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount. The customer will be responsible for paying any import duties or customs fees that may apply.
4. Shipping Destinations
Zeliny ships to all regions within the United Kingdom. However, there may be order cancellations due to unforeseen issues with the courier company or difficulties in delivering to the specified location. Zeliny will notify the customer if the order needs to be cancelled for these reasons.
5. Correct Delivery Address
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete delivery address. Zeliny will not be held responsible for failed or delayed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer. If additional information is required for the delivery address, Zeliny may contact the customer to obtain clarification. Any delays caused by the need for additional information will be communicated to the customer.
6. Return and Refund Costs

For returns made within 14 days for any reason, Zeliny will not cover the return shipping costs; this is the responsibility of the customer.

For exchanges and returns of faulty products (within the 6-month warranty period and with the product in its original packaging), Zeliny will cover the return shipping costs and arrange for the exchange or full refund.
7. Delivery Delays
While Zeliny is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, if express delivery is not fulfilled within the promised time, the customer may request a refund for the shipping fee if the delivery time exceeds twice the originally estimated delivery time.
Customers who experience significant delays may contact us via email or WhatsApp to report the issue. If the delivery is not made within a reasonable period, we suggest that customers contact us no later than 14 days after the expected delivery date to initiate the refund process. Zeliny will fully refund the shipping fee if the order has not been delivered.
8. Pickup from Warehouse or Offices
Currently, it is not possible to pick up products directly from our warehouses or offices. All orders will be shipped by post.
9. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If the customer receives a damaged or incorrect product, they must contact Zeliny within the 6-month warranty period via email or WhatsApp, keeping the product in its original packaging.
In this case, Zeliny will cover the return shipping costs and will send the correct product to the customer at no additional cost.
10. Consumer Protection Commitment in the UK
In line with UK consumer law, you have the right to return products within 14 days of receiving them without needing to provide a reason (except for personalised items or those that cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons, such as underwear). This right is protected under the UK Consumer Rights Act.

If the customer decides to return the product within this period, the item must be in resellable condition (undamaged and with the original packaging).

If the product is faulty, the customer is entitled to a replacement or full refund within the 6-month warranty period from the delivery date.
Important: To ensure a faster return process, customers must follow the return instructions provided by Zeliny. Returns without justification must be made within 14 days of the delivery date, as required by law.
